So, this went better. It reminds me of my greatgranma's peach pudding, in that the batter turns brown on the top, but melds with the fruit to form a gooey sauce on the inside. The flavor is rather nice, but I'm not sure about the goo factor. I'll have to consult with the bosses and find out.......

it looks like toasted cream cheese. hhhmmm...too bad i don't eat sour cream, that would be interesting to try.
