this was wretched - strawberry sour cream. something is seriously wrong here - this cannot be how it's supposed to be. but this is how it turned out when i followed the recipe exactly.
i made 4 pies today, only 7 more to go. for the first batch.
i'm tired of pie. too bad. there's lots more to come. it seemed like such a good idea at the time........
that looks like melted cheese on top. wouldn't the strawberry make the sour cream curdle?

this was so not my fault - mollie made a typo. it should have been 1 1/4 CUPS of sugar, not teaspoons. Berries are acidic, so is sour cream, and the flour and sugar insulate, so it should work out. I have to do this over, so I'll let you know. I posted this on Multiply too, my dad was so concerned that he posted a comment for the first time. it was so sweet......
